Unlimited Spare Parts International is a group of companies active as a supplier of knives and other wear and tear parts for machines in the food and food packaging industry. The subsidiaries UniTrack and (U-name-It) Wensing (Global Blades) serve a broad group of food processing companies throughout Europe.
From its branches in Warmenhuizen and Apeldoorn, Unlimited Spare Parts supplies more than 4,000 products under its own brands. These wear and tear parts are suitable for food processing and packaging machines from virtually all relevant machine builders and are comparable in quality to products from the original suppliers. The Unlimited companies work closely with their customers on continuous expansion of the product range and on new versions of existing products based on customer-specific needs.

Spare parts producer Delba Group
Delba Special Carbide Products in Zevenaar is a true family business that has been producing and selling high-quality machine parts to the major OEMs in the packaging industry and end customers in the food processing industry in particular since 1986. In 2008, the company was transferred to the 2nd generation, as a result of which son Dennis Peters took the helm of the now internationally operating company.
In the years that followed, Mr Peters made many improvements by investing in state-of-the-art machines, a completely new IT system and a ‘lean’ production process. The biggest change came in 2013 when it was decided to start up production in Poland as well, due to the shortage of suitable Dutch technicians. The establishment of the subsidiary Tegeno in Kielce, Poland, was a fact. Meanwhile, 100% of the production activities take place in Poland.
After years of strong organic growth, Mr. Peters decided that for the next phase of Delba it would be best to seek cooperation with a strategic partner. In 2020, the search started under the guidance of M&A specialist Marktlink. After many good discussions and several bids, NewPort Capital’s Unlimited Spare Parts Group was chosen as the most suitable buyer for the family business.
Buy-and-build strategy
Newport Capital, which previously invested with the Unlimited Spare Parts Group in UniTrack/U-name-It, Wensing and Ten Hove, among others, is using a buy-and-build to equip a powerful group of companies that supply cutting and wear parts for machines in the food and food-packaging industry. Delba as an international manufacturer with superior technical know-how and strong customer relationships in countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Poland is a perfect addition to the group.
